Pros
Job security is the best thing about the company. They have an excellent retirement plan for people who cannot put away a lot on their own. The work/life balance is great because of the flexible hours and good vacation and personal time off. The starting salary was nice.
Cons
They are generally behind in technology. No one ever gets fired so you can get stuck under bad management. The salary growth is slow.
