The team is a group of driven and ambitious people who care deeply about their clients and candidates. The energy is positive (speaking from personal experience).
Cons
If you're someone who isn't able to manage their time well or needs a lot of support around the functions of the role, this might not be the place for you. It would be nice to have more support around career growth. This year has been a wild ride and while I understand being completely stretched thin from a management perspective, it would be nice to have a career advancement plan so we know we are working toward something rather than just waiting for what feels like an inevitable and looming lay-off.
