Pros

The company focus on making a positive impact among seniors. You won't hear things as monetizations and ads stand in the way of making the product better. Work-life balance is also something worth mentioning.

Cons

It's exactly what you can imagine when too many people coming from a corporate try to run a startup without having any experience in one. Lots of problematic decision-making processes, especially from the technical points of view. Although there's nothing really too complex in the product, there's too much weight by technical leadership over the product leadership.
