Pros

Job security, new manager seems to want to improve things but doesn't know how the history has shaped the present

Cons

Work culture = we're a family, so we can ask you do anything even if it's not in your jd and then you won't advance any further and your pay will stay the same. "let's hustle guys", followed by 'we couldn't get funding from AP'. Bullying, Intimidation/Stand over tactics by various managers, Gossip, Politics, Sexism, Homophobia, Cliques, I've seen and heard it all. I thought there's no way a business of Aus Post would have this stuff but it does/did. Thinking about reporting it? They'll gaslight you and say speak to EAP about it. Relationships = people that are called 'engineers' but they've never actually engineered anything in the years and years they've been there. A lot of dead wood that don't do much of anything.
