Pros
The company is good at staff welfare, they subsidize lunch and have free transport system to and fro the office except on Sundays.
Cons
They should improve in information sharing and stop the politics going on in the company. Some people will be working for 6yrs without being made permanent staff because they don't have anyone up there. While some other people will just work for 3months and will be converted to permanent staff because they have someone at the top.
