Pros

I am struggling to think of anything good to say... Some flexibility afforded towards work-life balance General office culture is ok. Its not brilliant, but it is not toxic either.

Cons

Bureaucratic Little prospect for career progression. Almost zero opportunity for training & development Family business = they watch costs carefully. Also means that attitudes in India are to say yes to everything even when it is not realistic. Cultural issues cause problems for offices outside of India where staff are used to the western way of doing things, can cause a lot of frustration for the uninitiated. More effort and training needs to be put into this.

Hi there, It is unfortunate that you are having a poor experience at Secure. As you know my doors are always open for a conversation about how we can make you more comfortable or to talk about the issues that you think are plaguing the company. There is always a better way of doing things! If you feel up to it, I would absolutely love to talk to you about all the issues you have flagged up. I would like to take issue with one particular point though, we are cost conscious, not not miserly. If that were the case we would not be donating 3% of our salary budget to volunteering and another around 2% to social activities for our team. I understand that there are frustrations, once again I invite you to discuss them. Ananya

Hi, Thanks for the review. We are grateful to have some amazing people working for us. We believe that graduates can bring fresh thinking and a dynamic energy to the business and become seriously strong engineers. I am glad that you are enjoying it here. I would love to understand more about the problems with communication. We are working on this in some areas, I am assuming it is not just language skills, but listening skills, simple and visual communication and emotional connections that you feel are lacking.
