It is unfortunate that you are having a poor experience at Secure. As you know my doors are always open for a conversation about how we can make you more comfortable or to talk about the issues that you think are plaguing the company. There is always a better way of doing things! If you feel up to it, I would absolutely love to talk to you about all the issues you have flagged up.
I would like to take issue with one particular point though, we are cost conscious, not not miserly. If that were the case we would not be donating 3% of our salary budget to volunteering and another around 2% to social activities for our team.
I understand that there are frustrations, once again I invite you to discuss them.
