Pros
Great team to work with, Nice mix of people in the room because they hire anyone with ability/potential, Flexible hours - nights and weekends, weekly pay, nice pace compared to other call centers who run the dialer non stop, the people we call are friendly. Random bonuses for next lead, multiple leads.
Cons
Metro is close but, parking isn't always available, Sometimes they close early when we get enough leads.
