      VERY high base pay & enticing stock options

      Cons

      This company will entice you with a great salary. They will squeeze every ounce of life out of you & around month 7-8- nix you before stock options can vest. And when they do, it’s blindsided and ruthless. No culture. No values. ZERO diversity.

      The people at Secura Bio are very nice and great to work with Platinum health insurance Great stock options 401K match The company's drugs help cancer patients

      Cons

      It is a midsize company, so not good for people who want to hide and not contribute. Everyone is expected to contribute and do their job.
