Great community and amazing team.

Smaller engineering team size, sales department is great.

-Decent pay for an MSP -Work from home was good -Can work fairly independently without much oversite.

-No growth opportunity - Promised on call money but was never paid full amount. - Engineering side of the business has been completely neglected by CEO for an attempt to make it a software company. -Lack of leadership from the top.
