Pros
They pay me. One good thing I can say is none of my paychecks have bounced. And as often happens with them? When my paycheck is screwed up yet again? They will correct the error - eventually.
Cons
Most downtown Chicago buildings are Union. SEIU Local 1, as a mater of fact. The above average pay we get is because we are union. This company is so hostile toward the union - they think our contract is just a suggestion! They believe because they say it so, it must be so. And don't you go running to to the union. I could go on, but you get the idea.
