Pros
The building is nice, and well-kept.
Cons
You will be asked to perform duties outside of your job title, or even outside of your expertise. You will be expected to "just help out" because "we're all a family here". In reality, the company is poorly run and managed. You will not be trained, but you will be expected to adhere to the existing (bad) policies and procedures. Sales team members will not perform their duties, and they will make it everyone else's problem. If you have any interpersonal conflict, you need to resolve it on your own. The owner will attempt to get way too personal way too quickly with you - any personal details shared with them will be used as leverage. You will get assigned work that you don't know how to perform, because it's outside your expertise. The only help offered to perform that work is encouragement to just "push through it". No meaningful help or guidance beyond that will be offered. I wish I liked this place more - folks mostly seemed nice. But people were quiting left and right when I got there, and I was out the door myself after 4 months.
