The most toxic place I've ever worked in - Developer Sectigo Employee Review

Almost every town hall meeting I'm at, I hear about some changes, staff replacements, but nothing happens. Every manager I've been working with is extremely toxic. They are changing CTO or some other C-level guy almost every half a year, and they basically don't do anything. They don't care if you're ill. I've got one raise in 6 years I've worked there. And it was 2% raise. Carl, 2% in 6 years. I'm equally to blame for not changing the company, but it's in past now.
