      Pros

      Working on big Hasbro brand projects. Great people to work with, good benefits, flexible hours. Different roles have the opportunity to move between teams, learn new tools and grow within the company. Lots of fun events and programs that give it a family vibe.

      Cons

      Could get paid higher at another company but would lose out on working on interesting projects.
