1. Lesser job security. 2. Lower Pay. 3. Office politics. 4. A Senior manager. 5. The senior manager here has all the ability to convince the management on all his decisions making. So if you have personal relationship with him you can get good hike and promotion and you will be projected as an EFFICIENT employee to the management. 6. Company is in bad condition and the entire company knows that the reason for this state is because of the senior manager's politics who has taken all decisions with personal intention and vengeance. 7. Company lost a lot of good resources only because of the senior manager's politics. Without good resources in the company, client handling and human error has made all clients unhappy, still the management believes on all the senior manager's decisions which has created job risk for all other employees in the company. 8. Most of the girls feel there is no safety working under him in the company. I am one among them. The senior manager will even go to extend of blackmailing us with our career if we don't listen to what he demands. Seen many girls are used and thrown by the senior manager. 9. The senior manager's only achievement after taking charge of operations is, sending clients out one by one. 10. HR shows no serious attentions on these issues. Complaining to the HR is mere waste.
