Pros
Eventually find you work. Randomly have even off even on schedules. Pays mileage and per-diem (lower than national average). Have rental homes you can stay in with other men (usually single beds in same rooms) to save on hotel costs (not everyon's cup of tea).
Cons
Noncompetitive pay. Low ballers of the industry (Usually). Have cross trained employees to work in other disciplines (remote medic HSE to H2s or rig HSE).
