      Pros

      Great people. Great minds. Positive people. And pretty good pay. Health insurance is great. Everyone is really supportive of one another, and try to keep everyone in touch with what is happening with the company which is rare. Never really felt in the dark. Would work there again.

      Cons

      Lack of growth. Need for improved sales team.

      Great people running the company who care deeply for the people working for them.

      Wind industry is a tough place to be. Dependency on the renewal of the PTC is essential.

      many smart people in one place; everyone works hard and tries to support each other. family-friendly work environment, including some telecommuting. good benefits

      too many layoffs; management not always in touch with employees. not a lot of room for growth. mostly good place to work
