Pros

I have nothing to add to the pros section.

Cons

NOTE: They remove negative reviews and encourage current employees to leave positive reviews *** During my time in engineering, such high turnover of leadership that engineering teams were often left many months with no direct leadership for supervisor or project management. Pays below market. Many weeks of 60+ hours with no reprieve. Toxic culture that encourages you to drink at all events or risk being fired. Mentorship was nowhere to be found, Watched a junior engineer be moved over only to be fired a few months later even though they were a success to the company.

Pros

SN has a client/customer obsessed culture bringing new, revenue-driving solutions to our PMCs and their Residents and Property Owners. Everyone I work with has adopted the Purple Heart as it pertains to how we serve one another and our Owner/Resident/PMC client base. Team members are openly engaged in finding ways to improve what we do for our clients and how we serve one another each day and week to drive improved outcomes. We compensate our sales teams before revenue hits our books - a clear sign of confidence in what we deliver and the value to our market. We're remote first, meaning you can do important work wherever you are.

Cons

Being first to market with new solutions can be tricky, and at times we will go to market before thinking through every edge case (ofc, this happens in all tech companies). B2B2C is different from traditional B2B SaaS - at times we need to consider change management differently than other tech companies.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback ~ the good and the honest. The Purple Heart shows up because our people choose to live it every day, and that's not lost on us. Your advice to management is heard~empowering every team member to decide and innovate at pace, and driving that through front line leaders, is exactly where we're focused. Being first to market isn't always clean. We own that. And we get better at it when our people feel empowered to flag, move, and solve. We''r so glad you're here; thank you for your commitment to Second Nature, our team members and customers!
