A lot. The owner runs the company with an iron fist (and can because he owns 100% of the company) they routinely have 50-60% turnover in the first 2 months of hiring, you can be let go at any moment for any reason, and when they're REALLY desperate for seasonal help - they will ask family members and friends to come work on the mundane tasks and pay them more than the actual warehouse staff (but don't tell anyone!). Not all the cons, just the ones that felt most important if you're applying to work there.
