Berlitz English Listening Item Project - A Disaster!! - Independent Contractor Second Language Testing Employee Review

The people are definitely one of the best things about working at SLTI -- it's a supportive work environment full of diverse, creative, and thoughtful people who genuinely care about one another and the quality of the work they produce. The projects we work on are interesting, challenging, and conducive to professional growth. I feel like I'm constantly provided with (or able to create) opportunities to display my strengths and to get more practice in areas where I know I need to improve. There's also enough variety in the work we do to ensure my days and weeks are include a good balance of creative, administrative, and other tasks. After 5+ years as a contractor and nearly 2 years as a full-time employee, I still genuinely enjoy the work that I do and the people I get to do it with.

Working remotely across multiple time zones can sometimes present challenges. It takes a bit more time to get to know people when you don't have the opportunities for in-person interaction that you would have in an office. And working from home can require a bit more discipline and focus than working from an office.

Great people and positive work environment. Everyone sincerely cares about what he/she does, and strives to create quality products. The company is growing so there are a variety of projects happening and never boring. There is a opportunity to travel aboard for business meetings (not during pandemic).

The company works with/provides service to people all over the world, so sometimes there are meetings in early morning and evening.
