      Great managerial and peer support Family spirit and Respect Technical and sales training for personal and professional growth Good pays and reasonable commission Health benefits ,paid vacations. Healthy working environment

      Cons

      Lots of Driving due to widely spread territory. Dynamic and competitive sales environment. Premium quality product come with a price. Salary and commission is alright than competitors however nothing to complain about. Its pretty reasonable.

      Pay is well below what other machinist make especially for how difficult it is to do Leadership needs to spend less time in meetings and more time on floor Expectations to run dozen machines at once
