Pros
Supportive Management, Many Long Term 20 plus year Staff, Industry Leading Technology and Technology Standards, Secant Hires the Right people for the right positions leading to very minimal and pretty much non-existent micro-management within the company.
Cons
The more senior staff are not always immediately open to change or new ways/concepts in business, but if you take the time to make a case for yourself, they are more than supportive!
