Pros

I am a student that had my first job with Sebrio and had a very positive experience with the team. The team and our uplines were always helpful and patient as I was adjusting and going through on-boarding, ideas and honest communication were encouraged and feedback for work was always given in a polite and constructive manner. If there was an issue in productivity, focus was always on "how can we as a team" do better rather than "what can you do better." The hours are very flexible and the company is very understanding with unforeseen issues where hours needed to be adjusted. I appreciated the "Open door" policy the company has as it is apparent that Sebrio genuinely cares for their employees. I enjoyed my time and the knowledge I gained as an employee here.

Cons

Cons are not applicable to my experience.

Pros

Management really cares about the employees. They are bright and driven, and encourage team members to work together and communicate in order to help each other grow and efficiently complete tasks. They value your input on day-to-day operations, and focus on managing expectations and the projects themselves rather than you. They are always looking for feedback and are eager to improve. As a developer, I was provided training as I needed it in order to expand my dev experience, which the CEO, Sean Brand, was happy to provide. He is a very genuine person and cares a great deal about each employee. Sean's outstanding character and presence sets the tone for the company culture: professional, polite, and driven.

Cons

Given the all-remote nature of the work, it can feel pretty isolated (outside of camera-on daily meetings) when all is going well and you're not in contact with team members.
