Pros

1. You are able to work remotely with flexible working conditions. Love this. 2. Your opinion and input matter to management. Closely tied with the point below. 3. We have an "Open door" policy with management and the CEO. This is great when needing to talk to, for me, someone in the same role as me or the CEO without feeling like "I'm not invited to". I always feel appreciated when talking to other project managers and I appreciate them when I need an ear, so thank you. When talking to the CEO I can see that what I have to say isn't falling on deaf ears, not only because it feels that way because I can see him taking action on things I have to say, and if/when he and I don't agree on something it's always respectfully discussed and explained from both sides. 4. Daily interactive, camera on, meetings allow for more connections to be built since we work remotely. 5. Great work/life balance. Management is very accommodating when I need to take care of my personal life. 6. Exciting things for the future of the company. There are some exciting projects that are happening and that are lined up for the future. I can't wait to see and be a part of what is happening! 7. Great team dynamics. Everyone respects each other and works well together. When I need help with something or to understand how something works, management, developers, designers, and others have not once made me feel "stupid" for anything that I've asked, the opposite really, they take time to really explain things to me and make sure I know what I need to know. Thank you. 8. You're not just "a number" to Sebrio. You're definitely respected as an individual and you can feel that you're important to, and valued by Sebrio. Side note, I really love working with everyone on my teams, I truly meant this, and they know it. I hit the jackpot. If you're reading this, again, thank you to all that you do!

Cons

With any remote job, you lose the physical connection with your fellow staff members, I knew that though before working for Sebrio. The camera on meetings help with this and we used to have yearly Christmas/year-end get-togethers which were fun and will hopefully come back.

Pros

Management really cares about the employees. They are bright and driven, and encourage team members to work together and communicate in order to help each other grow and efficiently complete tasks. They value your input on day-to-day operations, and focus on managing expectations and the projects themselves rather than you. They are always looking for feedback and are eager to improve. As a developer, I was provided training as I needed it in order to expand my dev experience, which the CEO, Sean Brand, was happy to provide. He is a very genuine person and cares a great deal about each employee. Sean's outstanding character and presence sets the tone for the company culture: professional, polite, and driven.

Cons

Given the all-remote nature of the work, it can feel pretty isolated (outside of camera-on daily meetings) when all is going well and you're not in contact with team members.
