      Pros

      I love that I am engaged in my work and contribution here. Sebring is constantly looking to improve processes, so if you have a voice that you want to be heard, it is a great opportunity to be part of an ever expanding company. The owner has good values and everyone he hires carry those as well, so naturally every employee is an extension of him when dealing with each and every client. Lastly, it is a very flexible environment, so if you have a family and need to take off, everyone helps to pull your weight while you away.

      Cons

      I wish our company structure had a more clear hierarchy of management of employees. This would help to ensure follow-though and a better company culture.

      Pros

      We are a small company so it is a family atmosphere. Everyone gets along very well. Every person here plays a specific role in the company so we all rely on each other. When interviewing new employees, the entire staff is involved. We want to make sure that the person we bring on board is not qualified for the position, but is also a good fit for the company ora. This place is our second home so we want to ensure that everyone looks forward to coming here.

      Cons

      Because we are a small company, the opportunity to advance in the company is limited. Those opportunities are really only available to field personnel and not so much office personnel.
