      Pros

      It is a job around water

      Cons

      There was a high turnover from day one because they don't facilitate training well and no actual support for employee development, unless you are paying them for certifications. High pressure to perform with minuscule resources. Constantly being forced into a corner to produce under conditions that no one else was expected to.

      There can be long hours especially with it normally being short staffed.
