Overworked, Under-valued, Poor Management - Digital Marketing Manager Seattle Study Club Employee Review

Management was poor, resources were limited, and they put pressure on me to violate some of my professional ethics in pursuit of business goals. Strategy was non-existent and there was a constant drive to satisfy stakeholders who had no responsibility working on certain projects. My work scope was poorly defined and I was verbally berated several times by senior management. Work was pushed into evenings and weekends on the regular and stress was high at all times.
