      Pros

      Always had plenty of hours and overtime

      Cons

      Place is ran with Nepotism forefront. The plant managers look out for their own family members more than anything else. If you don't have a relative in a leadership position then you most likely won't go far. Wasted 6 years of my life at this place.

      Pros

      Work Culture is lax. The size of the company is small so you can dab your hands in several different areas.

      Cons

      The pay/benefits are too low. Some parts of the company seem mismanaged which results in a lot of overtime especially during the summer.
