Very sustainable and easy work environment

Management isn’t all that great

Always had plenty of hours and overtime

Place is ran with Nepotism forefront. The plant managers look out for their own family members more than anything else. If you don't have a relative in a leadership position then you most likely won't go far. Wasted 6 years of my life at this place.
