I doubt there can be any pros for this company

Should one of the worst IT Companies in India with no values and moral. Its not a PVT Limited Company its a partnership firm between father & son and its run like a grocery store. Its a 10-12 developers company while showing off enterprise level developers, but very inefficient team. CEO of the Company plays politics and you are important to company till you are working on big development project. Hires the employees with thought process that will fire in 3 months if the client does not come onboard. Was told to leave the company has they had no work. Favoritism is part of CEO and your appraisal depends on this also if you are working on big project. NO HR policies at all. Policies are implemented based on CEO's thoughts he gets in morning when he wakes up. Official communication tool of the company is Whatsapp - Even clients updates and calls are on whatsapp - You will receive calls & whatsapp messages for updates at 8:00 AM and even 11:00 PM, And also on weekends. Hire & Policy. The positive reviews what you see are forced to employees to be added. Heard they are moving to premises in Thaltej. I joined as trainee business executive. At joining time already informed to HR regarding my leave for final year project presentation in college. It was on Monday so I informed orally on Friday and via email on Sunday. But she did not inform to owner regarding my leave (I got the news after my termination). When I came back on Tuesday she said me you are fired just because of uninformed leave and misbehaving. How they can judge person in 9 days. At joining time company took 3month salary cheque for security and bond purposes. But there is not a security if they fired you also they did not pay last month salary also. So She said me "we fired you but if you want your deposit cheque return then you have to submit resignation." forcefully they had submitted resignation. Other cons. 1. 10 hours working hours. 2. Frequently change HR policies. 3. I heard from many employees regarding delayed in increment more than 3 months and does not pay difference also. 4. Fired any time with out any reason. 5. Very bad management. owner's father managing everything. 6. No office boy. Seashore Tech, Seashore Partner both are the same company.
