      Money, there are no more pros.

      Cons

      People were nasty Neglect of service users and when I reported it head office ignored. Complete lack of training Shifts were awfully managed

      Pros

      - Working in SEN - There are opportunities to stay and develop your career there further if you want to. Most people who work here have 0 ambition in life and are happy where they are, so SLT takes notice when someone shows an interest in CPD.

      Cons

      At times it felt like the staff were more childish than the children. The workplace politics and drama were exhausting.
