      1. Nice design office 2. A lot of things to do and to improve. 3. Good vision but worst actions/implementations.

      1. Micro-management. 2. Spends a lot of money to PR, but doesn't have good strategies to keep good employees. 3. Delivers many training sessions, but lack of reality.
