      Little to no perks, very inflexible for a zero-hours agency, clear sense of hierarchy often in a negative way, unenjoyable shifts with monotonous tasks, unfulfilling

      Either get a morning, midday or evening shift. Learn a lot about wine

      It can be very tiring and easily demotivated because of the pay
