Best company I've worked for so far! - Anonymous employee Searchability Employee Review

I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for in my 10 years of working. I was made to feel comfortable straight from the interview process, when meeting my now manager and Founder/MD Martin Blythe. He is such a 'sound' and understanding person, which in my experience is rare to find in most founders at organisations! I love that Searchability really provide for their employees with the great commission rates, training sessions, progression opportunities, holidays and of course First Friday and Third Thursday events! I've not had one bad experience so far in the months I've been working here and would genuinely recommend Searchability to anyone! :)
