1. Salary gets delayed 2. There is no job security, unpredictable firing of old & experienced employees 3. IF you are a relative of any management people, than you are promoted and your position changes without performance & no accountability. Nobody can raise voice for that 4. Management has no direction of moving ahead the company and keeps changing the strategies every now and then 5. Company is not healthy for senior employees who have some expectations from management 6. If you are fired they don't even give notice period. But would pressure you to complete the notice period if you are resigning. 6. H.R. department change their policy according to their situation. 7. There are no employee benefits
