Pros
It’s a very open environment. Employees are allowed to come up with new ideas and try them out. We are always trying to find ways to stay ahead of Google. I worked at a different reputation company, and they would put clients through a cookie cutter process, and it rarely worked. At Search Manipulator, we get very creative and it works.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of We all miss it.
