      Pros

      The MD is scared of wind/snow so there's a lot of WFH days when he can't be bothered coming in

      Cons

      I can't believe that somebody who hasn't filled a single job, or brought a single client, ends up managing a recruitment agency and becoming "head of business". Joke of an agency, MD plays favourites but his 2 favourites are both terrible. They won't survive past 2024

      As you are based in NJ, our main office location of Leeds (UK) would indeed be far from home and a very long commute! I believe this review may have been written in error, unless we have a Teacher working for us I am unaware of! We do appreciate the 5 stars though! :)
