Pros

Weekly pay, weekends off. 9-5.

Cons

Manager is a bully. I was often called out and spoke to awfully which belittled me to tears when I’d leave. You’d call people who on VARIOUS occasions have asked for their number removed, have retired or even DIED. There is no option to remove the number. I often felt sorry for so many of the people I spoke to. I have since got a job in a FCA-regulated company and have realised that there is a lot corrupt about Search Point.

Pros

High pay for entry level and good hours of work

Cons

For a company that has been shut down so many times and Higher management that has such a terrible business past it’s an amazement that the company still operates. Don’t be shocked by mass redundancy’s here followed by mass hirings the week later. Everyone in the office is aware it could be their last week. What you’ll be doing is cold calling businesses trying to give them a trail that anyone can do for free. If they say no, they’re called again and again and again. Be prepared to learn how to bully, twist and force people into something the don’t need but then be let go for doing just that or worse just be let go because the Higher Management (barred from directorship technically) is having a bad day. You will also be penalised for not winning enough calls but also penalised for not cancelling enough so don’t think you can win. This isn’t to mention the horrific violations of most of GDPR and other customer protective laws and regulations, which managers intentionally ignore and try to cover up. But hey, in for a penny in for a pound, ay Search Point.
