Search Max is a great company to work for! They give you complete autonomy to run your own desk and create something for yourself. From Day 1, you are learning the ins & outs of the industry - even meeting with clients on occasion. If you're starting out in recruiting or a tenured professional looking for a change in pace, definitely give Search Max a look.

Great family environment, lots of flexibility to be able to be involved with my child's school when important things come up, beautiful office, ability to earn well into the six figures, but the most important thing is the team. I wouldn't trade working with the media team for anything. They are the best team in the business and have a great work ethic. Adam & Jen, the business owners are amazing and I wouldn't want to work for anyone else. Summer Friday's are a huge perk here too!

Nothing negative about Search Max! Recruiting as a whole is filled with highs and lows so you have to be able to bounce back quickly from negatives, but as far as this office, we work hard and do our best to keep people bouncing back when things don't go our way! We have a great team spirit here.
