Pros
As an SDR your sole job is to cold call and do cold outreach. Seamless has tools in place to streamline this and makes it very easy to do cold outreach.
From what i've experienced, the leadership is great! Sometimes can micromanage, but they also need to hit their KPI's and want you to succeed, so I get it.
Cons
Base-pay could definitely be higher compared to other SDR roles in the software industry.
