READ the reviews listed before considering applying/interviewing here. There are so many fakes ones that are clearly chatgpt or fake written that don’t apply to the actual role/company. The ones that truly explain their experience are giving you the direct warning you need.
Seamless is a 100% sales focused company. Meaning the main focus is money money money. Senior leadership makes their decisions about people’s income & jobs on how it will bring them more money. They strictly care about themselves and it’s extremely clear in the decisions they make. The CEO makes it clear about how he feels about any department other than sales in his words (going as far to call us losers and that he would prefer we quit today in a zoom meeting he randomly jumped into) and in his actions. Not to mention your feedback is useless because everyone is scared of being fired for any room for improvement feedback.
Direct management and coworkers are amazing and made the job a little worth it but if you can’t handle random changes made on your behalf that strictly benefit the company, being talked down to, not being rewarded for your hard work and want a healthy work environment, save yourself the stress and just skip over Seamless. I hope you catch the hint I missed when I started here.
