Pros

Not a single pro I could think of during my tenure. They'll work you to the bone here then boot you out as soon as you burn out.

Cons

If you want to hate your life go ahead and apply here. They monitor EVERYTHING. Didn't move your mouse over 35% of the workday? Get pulled into a meeting about your performance. Not making 800 calls a day? Get pulled into a meeting. If an Adderall and Grant Cardone had a baby, that would be Brandon the CEO. Listening to that dude talk makes you want to blow your head off. Dont expect to work here longer than 5 months. If you aren't fired, you'll want to quit.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
