We regret to hear you had a negative experience with us, but we thank you for providing feedback. The SDR role is a performance-based position. We provide clear performance expectations so everyone has clarity on expected metrics. Leaders meet with their employees regularly to go over performance goals. Given that we're fully remote, we utilize Zoom rooms as a way for employees to collaborate and bond with their teammates! However, we understand we may not always be the best fit for everyone.
