Pros

1. Culture is electric - great energy! 2. Team members who meet our standards and stick around are among the most selfless, awesome people I've ever worked with. We all truly work toward the greater good. 3. The company has ambitious goals that will pay off for the whole team when the time is right. 4. Seamless has demonstrated a commitment to expanding benefits, PTO and perks as it grows, and is dedicated to wellness and philanthropy. 5. Rated LinkedIn's #7 Startup in 2022 for very good reason!

Cons

As with most fast-growth startup companies, timing the rate of hiring can be a moving target, which can sometimes lead to increased workload and strain individual capacity. But the flip side to that is, those of us who are "all-in" on Seamless control our own destinies and can write our own tickets for what we want our careers to evolve into. Overall it takes a certain personality to thrive here. If you're not willing to do whatever it takes to maximize your success, it will not be the best fit for you. If you have a tremendous spirit to serve, you will receive the same back from our servant leadership team, be recognized and fiercely protected, and you will love it here!

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
