Pros

I’ve worked for quite a few companies, and Seamless has hands down been the best place to work thus far. Work/life balance is SUPER important to leaders here. I’m never made to feel guilty for taking a break or taking time off. Everyone who works here is amazing, and is passionate about what they do. I genuinely enjoy logging on every day and doing my job because I get to work with amazing people that all have the same goals as me - to make Seamless the best company to work for. Leaders are eager for feedback from employees - they send out surveys regularly to gauge overall happiness and see where there’s opportunities for improvement. If you want to work at a place where your voice matters, then Seamless is for you!

Cons

Working remote is amazing, but I do wish there were more opportunities to meet with colleagues that live local to me.

You are right! Work/life balance is a priority at Seamless.AI, which is why we are fully remote! We also offer benefits such as PTO, company-paid holidays, Summer Fridays, and we encourage mental health days to ensure our employees take time throughout the year to focus on themselves. Thank you for your detailed feedback. Like you mentioned, leadership is always eager for employee feedback, as it's what drives the future direction of the company. Your voice matters, and we're lucky to have you on the team!

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
