Pros

Remote work environment, ok base pay

Cons

The red flags started on my first day. When I was recruited I was explicitly told I would be hired on a base salary. First day rolls around and suddenly it’s hourly. The first week of training you are already expected to be on the phones, making anywhere from 400-600 dials a day. You essentially have 3 weeks to make your training quota of 10 meetings held. They don’t tell you what happens if you don’t meet quota. The first month of training is not training at all, rather a proving ground. You fail to meet the quota, you are fired. No questions asked. No other company operates like this, this is not normal. Do not work here unless you want constant stress. Oh and you gotta be on zoom unmuted all day for 8 hours straight. Oh and your quotas get bumped up each time you meet them, making them harder to attain.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
