-below average salary for SDR work, I made more at my first SDR without any experience -High degree of micromanagement, they use a software to track mouse clicks, keyboard strokes and take screenshots of your pc every three minutes. Talk about sweatshop... -Work life balance is non-existent -Quota is unreasonably high, about 2-3x what typical quota is in this industry -very much churn and burn -Company culture has started to become atrocious -Upward mobility is limited to only leadership favorites -Team leads have access to sequencing, specific warmer lists -boiler room sales mindset -You're on a zoom all day long. Literally. -CEO is a complete joke -Consistently ask internal employees to post positive reviews to offset bad reviews (guilty much?)
