      Excellent pipeline and opportunities, great people, nice campus, upward mobility for the right people, lots of corporate perks, some work flexibility

      Cons

      Upper management buries head in sand and refuses to deal with dysfunctional upper and middle management. At leasr acknowledge the SME and give them an opportunity to succeed.
