      Pros

      Skilled/ experienced personnel Informal setting Good management system Good payment Good location, close to Amsterdam Lunch is good each day

      Cons

      Middel East influence is bad for the company. Unpredictable chairman with unreliable background. No communication within the company from the top. Standards & Values are middle eastern. When i left 5th CEO in two years and new CEO was started in 2018 i heared. A real nutter i was told.
