-No possibility for growth or advancement unless someone leaves or retires -Terrible pay: B.S. get $11.50/hr M.S. get $12.00/hr -If you work at the front desk, you will be subjected to busy work, including janitorial duties -Every full-time employee is essentially a director of something. There is a serious divide between full-time and part-time workers in terms of power/status/influence. -As soon as the summer ends you will have 70% of your hours cut back (sometimes more).
