Pros

Overall presentation of the office was great. Having a sound proof room to have private phone conversations was good. Office celebrations was good. Great benefits.

Cons

Terribly micro managed. Superiors expect you to know everything. Hierarchy for the most trivial things was not great. Severely overwhelming work load. Silent bullying going on. Didn't enjoy my time there.
